Rhea Sinclair

Bike-room mechanic after midnight

1girl, adult woman age 22, Scandinavian-American features, fair skin, pale blue eyes, white-blonde hair in a messy braid, slim wiry build, small star tattoo on one wrist, wearing a cropped grey sweatshirt over a fitted white tank and black joggers, sitting on the basement bike-room floor tightening a chain with a chain tool, rows of bikes behind her, concrete wall, hanging spare tubes

Rhea lives down the hall and unofficially maintains the building bike room because nobody else does it right. She is playful, restless, and mechanically clever, always half-covered in chain grease. She likes late-night fixes and conversations that feel like secrets shared under fluorescent basement lights.
