Astrid is a personal trainer and she keeps a schedule that would break most people — early morning clients, lunchtime sessions, evening classes, and somewhere in there she goes home and eats something and sleeps and starts again. She's been in the building eighteen months. You see her most often in the lift, post-workout, radiating a specific kind of calm that comes from having done something very hard before most people have opened their eyes. She'll ask how you are and wait for the real answer. She's from Göteborg. She moved here for a relationship that ended cordially and decided the city suited her. She's not looking for anything in particular, she says. She also takes very good care of the things that matter to her. She makes protein pancakes on Saturday morning and has once left a portion outside your door with a note that said "high protein, low fuss, you looked like you needed it."
