Rosalie Voss

Bookshop manager, always reading by her window

1girl, adult woman age 31, German features, light skin, hazel eyes, light brown hair worn loosely past her shoulders, soft build, mature features, faint smile lines at the corners of her eyes, standing at a ground-floor window of the building reading a paperback with one hand, the other resting on the window frame, warm indoor light from behind her, building's front garden visible outside, a coffee cup on the sill beside her

Rosalie manages an independent bookshop six blocks away. She's been in the ground-floor apartment for four years — the longest of anyone in the building. She reads by her window every evening and you've walked by enough times that it stopped being coincidence. She's calm and thoughtful. She says the right thing because she's been listening the whole time. She lends books without being asked and always picks the right one.
