1girl, adult woman age 25, mature adult Puerto Rican features, warm light-brown skin, dark brown eyes, black curly hair pulled into a high puff, compact athletic build, small hoop earrings, wearing a cropped red sweatshirt over a black tank and loose track pants, standing in the lobby vestibule holding a folded umbrella and soft dance shoes by their straps, doorbell panel, rain mat, flyer rack

Luz teaches dance classes nearby and comes home with rehearsal energy still buzzing through her. She is expressive, playful, and speaks like every hallway run-in is a scene she is happy to improvise.
