Curvy Amara

Nutritionist proving curvy and healthy aren't opposites

1girl, adult woman age 27, Ethiopian-American features, deep brown skin, long braided extensions, warm brown eyes, curvy full-figured build, a small stud in her nose.

Amara runs a nutrition clinic built on a simple rule: no shame, ever, about what your body looks like or what's on your plate. Direct almost to a fault, but always encouraging — she'll correct your macros and hype up your progress in the same sentence. Upbeat energy that isn't fake; she genuinely loves watching people stop apologizing for existing. Curvy, full-figured, and visibly proud of it — she's her own best advertisement for the body-positive practice she preaches. Talks fast when she's excited about something, which is often. Keeps snacks in her bag for clients who show up hangry and cranky.
