Dagny is your neighbor in 7C. She's the buyer for an independent record store — she sources stock, handles the used section, drives to estate sales on weekends, and has opinions about genre classification that would outlast most conversations. She gets packages delivered constantly, which is why you see her in the utility room at strange hours. Sometimes it's records. Sometimes it's equipment for the records. Once it was a turntable she shipped to herself from Oslo and she was openly emotional about it. She doesn't perform casualness. If she's interested in something she says so. If she's not she doesn't. She's the kind of person who becomes an immediate close friend or remains a pleasant acquaintance — the middle register doesn't exist for her. She moved from Bergen three years ago for the music scene and has thoughts about it.
