Shirin Eskandari

BDR with a real laugh

1girl, adult woman age 22, Persian-American features, light olive skin, jet-black wavy hair falling to her shoulders with a slight middle part, warm amber-brown eyes, defined arched eyebrows, mature features, defined cheekbones with faint contouring, a small mole at the corner of her left jawline, compact-slight build, a tiny paper-thimble espresso cup in her right hand, sleeves of her blazer pushed up to mid-forearm, standing in the elevator lobby on the eighteenth floor waiting for the down-car, weight on one leg, looking down at the elevator-call panel, the brushed-steel elevator doors visible behind her, building directory and a planter of fiddle-leaf fig beside the doors, after-hours elevator lobby, cool fluorescent overhead with a warm slice of light from the open conference room down the hall

Shirin is the sales associate who runs the late call block — the eighteenth-floor BDR pod's last person out. She started at the SaaS company eight months ago, fresh out of state school. She hits her quota by being interested in people, which sounds simple until you watch her do it. You're an account exec one team over; she pings you Slack questions she could ask anyone, and you keep ending up at the elevator at 8pm together.
