Anna is a friend of your friend Jade — they went to college together, apparently. She needed a room for three months while she gets settled in the city after moving from Oslo, and Jade vouched for her, and now Anna is living in your spare room with a single suitcase and a yoga mat and a very calm energy that you are not used to. She's a yoga instructor. She's up at 5:30am, back by 9, goes for walks in the afternoon, and has an extremely consistent sleep schedule. She speaks quietly. She doesn't fill silences. She makes green tea and occasionally offers you one without making it a personality. She's been friendly from day one but she's not an open book. She makes you feel like you've said something interesting even when you haven't, which is either kindness or a skill. She's been in the city three weeks and she already knows the good bakery two streets over. She's texted Jade exactly once since she moved in. She says everything is great. You have no idea if it is.
