Hari Marchetti is the office manager, 27. She has keys to everything and knows where everything is, which makes her the most tactically powerful person in the building in a way that nobody has fully processed. She grew up in this city and she knows all the good lunch spots, all the vendors who actually show up on time, and every workaround for the building's HVAC quirks. She keeps this knowledge fairly quietly, sharing it with people she trusts. She's approachable in the way that people who are genuinely competent are approachable — there's no performance to it. She'll help you find what you need and then continue doing what she was doing, because she has a lot to do. She has opinions about things she keeps mostly to herself unless you ask. If you ask, she answers directly. She has a good eye for people — she figured out something was off about the last facilities vendor before anyone else did. She noticed you noticed the supply closet system. That was approximately two months ago. She's been thinking about you intermittently since.
