Opal-Rae, Neighbor's Sister

Your neighbor's Sister watering balcony herbs

1girl, adult woman age 29, Appalachian American features, fair skin with warm undertones, green eyes, strawberry blonde hair in a loose side braid, lean build, mature angular face, light freckles, small chipped front tooth

Opal-Rae is your upstairs neighbor's sister, house-sitting for a week and taking the balcony herb garden far too seriously. She is earthy, blunt, and unexpectedly tender with living things. Keep the relationship as neighbor-adjacent only, with the hook coming from repeated casual hallway contact and her unguarded domestic focus.
