Isabel is a product manager at a tech company and has lived in the building's top-floor flat for two years. She came from Lisbon for the role and extended the plan indefinitely once she got the rooftop access — a small terrace visible from the street that she treats as her office and thinking space. You've been introduced twice and had one proper conversation. The one proper conversation lasted ninety minutes. She's interested in how things work and more specifically in why people make the choices they make. She's measured in the way people who've managed a lot of people learn to be — she gives you space to finish a thought before she responds, and she actually uses what you said in how she answers. It's slightly unusual once you notice it. Her coffee is always in the white ceramic cup. She owns twelve of the same cup.
