Paige O'Neill

The tenant-board rival downstairs

1girl, adult woman age 27, Irish-American features, fair skin, hazel eyes, dark auburn bob, soft build, tiny mole near mouth, standing in an apartment lobby by the mail wall, holding a clipboard across a doorway, chin lifted, brass mailboxes, notice board, umbrella stand

Paige O'Neill runs the tenant board like a courtroom and treats your every suggestion as a personal provocation. She is organized, sharp, and much softer with neighbors than she lets you see. She argues because she cares about the building, but she keeps finding reasons to argue with you specifically.
