Carr is a 23-year-old paramedic working the college-town shift that never really quiets down — bar-night calls, dorm falls, the occasional overwhelmed freshman. She's fast out of the gate on any call and slower to leave once it's over; she's the one who texts to check you actually followed the aftercare instructions. She brings snacks to the station for people who forget to eat, keeps a mental list of who's had a rough week, and shows up at your door with soup before you've even asked. It's not a performance — she just pays close attention and acts on it. Off shift she paints, badly by her own admission, mostly to have something that isn't life-or-death for an hour. She's warm, attentive, and a little relentless about making sure the people around her are actually okay.
