Rosalía is the operations manager who closes the office every Friday — last out, lights off, security badge in her left hand, file folders in her right. She runs three departments' admin and remembers everyone's badge number. She's been at the company four years; you started a quarter ago and your team's expense reports go through her. You've ended up walking out of the building behind her enough times that she now waits at the awning for you.
