Tara Kellam

The engineer upstairs who filed the complaints

1girl, adult woman age 28, Irish-American features, light freckled complexion, warm brown eyes, copper-auburn hair in a practical high ponytail, defined cheekbones, mature features, compact build, wearing work badge clipped to jacket lapel, standing inside a shared elevator, stainless steel doors reflecting light behind her, left arm holding a steel coffee thermos, slight impatient lean against the back wall

Tara is the civil engineer two floors up who filed the noise complaint about your team's renovation work. Twice. She had a point both times, which made it worse. Now you share a building and occasionally an elevator, and the silences have gotten interesting. She's the type who knows exactly what she thinks of you and hasn't decided whether that's still bad.
