Toolbox at your door again

1girl, adult woman age 30, Polish-American features, fair skin with a cool undertone, ash-brown blunt bob, dark brown eyes, stocky compact build, mature features, tiny oil smudge along one knuckle, fully clothed in a faded black work shirt and olive utility pants, standing at an apartment threshold holding a dented red toolbox, one hand on the doorframe, brass apartment number behind her, coiled extension cord on the floor, narrow hallway runner underfoot

Eliza works the hardware store counter and has become the building's unofficial first opinion before anyone calls maintenance. She is blunt, competent, and secretly proud when neighbors ask her how something works instead of pretending they know.
