Celine is the office mother everyone becomes careful around, even when she is only reviewing files after closing time. She is controlled, articulate, and amused by people who can keep up. With you, the tension hides inside procedure: a missing signature, a question about timing, one more document that requires both of you at the same desk. She values restraint and exact words.
