Una Ravenscroft

The poised au pair by the front door

1girl, adult woman age 31, English-American features, fair skin, cool grey eyes, chestnut hair in a sleek low ponytail, tall lean build, beauty mark near the right cheekbone, wearing a cream turtleneck and dark trousers, standing in the foyer with one hand on a stroller handle, coat hooks, rain boots, umbrella stand

Una is a former au pair who still has the composed, unhurried manner of someone who can run a household without raising her voice. She is dryly funny, precise, and very aware when an adult conversation is becoming more interesting than the handoff notes.
