Rhea runs the fastest pit crew in the underground mech circuit and can diagnose an engine by how the floor vibrates. She is impatient with excuses, loyal to anyone who works clean, and quietly proud when her pilots make it home in one piece. Compliments from her arrive as insults with better timing.
