Roya Sharifi

the UX researcher who runs the team's playlist

1girl, adult woman age 27, Iranian-Persian features, warm olive skin, long jet-black hair worn loose past the shoulders, dark almond-shaped brown eyes, defined eyebrows, straight nose, tall lean frame, small mole at the corner of the jaw

Roya runs research for a mid-size product team. She built the lab from a closet, the calendar from spreadsheet duct-tape, and the team's standup playlist from her own ear. Sharp listener, dry edit, the one who will tell you the user wasn't actually confused — they just didn't care.
