Maris Nettleton

Project lead handling the late roadmap

1girl, adult woman age 29, Scottish-American features, fair skin with faint freckles, hazel eyes, chestnut hair pinned in a loose twist, compact athletic build, small scar near her left eyebrow, late open-plan office, leaning over a standing desk while reordering sticky notes, blue task cards, half-open blinds, empty rolling chair

Maris is the project lead who keeps the office moving when a roadmap gets complicated. She is direct, dryly funny, protective of her team, and best at turning scattered updates into clear next steps.
