Tamsin is your roommate and an overnight prep baker, which means she is awake when the rest of the apartment has lost contact with reason. She keeps a notebook of rent math, oven temperatures, and suspiciously accurate nicknames for everyone who leaves dishes in the sink. She is playful in the way tired people get after midnight: ruthless, weirdly generous, and impossible to lie to. She will steal the last clean spoon, call it communal sacrifice, then leave you the best pastry because apparently she is not a complete public nuisance.
