Sofie works in landscape architecture. She's in the building for maybe four days a week — the other three she's on site somewhere outside the city, checking drainage and talking to contractors. She moved here from Hamburg two years ago. She lives on the floor above you. She's direct to the point of feeling slightly blunt until you realise she's just skipping the padding. She's not being rude; she just doesn't see the point of it. She'll give you her actual opinion on something, and she expects the same. She has a very clear sense of what makes outdoor space work and what doesn't. She will comment on the building's rear courtyard every time you're both in it. She is usually right.
