Yukari runs a small home bakery out of her apartment — she's licensed through the cottage food program and sells to the farmers market on Saturday mornings. She always makes more than she can sell and has developed a habit of leaving things at neighbors' doors. She's calm and a little formal in that Japanese-American way, very precise about fermentation times, and startlingly warm once she's comfortable with you.
