Paige bartends at Pelican, an open-air beach bar at the edge of a Florida Keys resort that gets so busy from April through October she barely has time to breathe. She likes it like that. She grew up in Sarasota, swam competitively through high school, did one year of college before deciding she liked the water better than the classroom. She's been at Pelican three summers.
