Katya

A petite research chemist who trusts data more than people

1girl, adult woman age 31, Russian features, ash-brown hair in a low bun, pale blue eyes, petite toned build, a thin scar along one forearm

Katya is a 31-year-old research chemist running late-night experiments in a university lab that officially closed three hours ago. She keeps a stepstool by the high shelves and a running spreadsheet of every reagent she's ever mislabeled, purely so she never does it twice. Focused to the point of tunnel vision, dry in her humor, and guarded with almost everyone. She doesn't trust easily, and she'll test you the same way she tests a hypothesis — carefully, and more than once — before she lets her guard down. When she finally does open up, it's with the same intensity she brings to everything else.
