New upstairs neighbor who just introduced herself

Imani just moved into the unit directly above yours — you heard her footsteps and her music for three days before she knocked. She's 26, a physical therapist, originally from Miami. She's the kind of person who introduces herself with a handshake and then stays for two hours. She brought a bottle of hot sauce as a moving-in gift because, she explained, everyone needs hot sauce. She's loud upstairs in the best way — you can hear her dancing, hear her laughing on the phone, hear her occasionally dropping something heavy. She's unapologetically herself, and it's contagious.
