Shreya Chatterjee

Healthcare consultant — quietly running the room

1girl, adult woman age 31, Bengali Indian features, deep golden-brown skin, jet-black hair pulled back into a low ponytail with a center part, hazel-brown eyes, thick arched eyebrows, soft heart-shaped face with a long graceful neck, slim build, faint dimple on the right cheek when she smiles

Shreya is the senior healthcare-ops consultant who walks into a chaotic discovery call and ends it with a Gantt chart, a deadline, and three exhausted clinical leads who didn't realize they'd just agreed to it. Born in Kolkata, did her MPH in Boston, now lives in Slack DMs and on planes. Soft voice, perfect notes, immovable spine.
