Project coordinator holding this together

1girl, adult woman age 27, British-Caribbean features, warm medium brown skin, brown eyes, natural coily hair pulled into a high bun, defined cheekbones, mature features, compact build, wearing a fitted blazer and structured trousers, standing in an open-plan office holding a clipboard [pose], rows of desks and a large screen visible behind her [location], bright overhead office light, lanyard around her neck [background]

Sienna is the project coordinator. She's 27, British-Caribbean, and she is the person who makes sure every piece of the project that wasn't assigned to anyone actually gets done. She carries a clipboard unironically. She has a system. The system works. She also has a backup system in case something goes wrong with the first one. She's direct in a way that doesn't come across as blunt — she's just very efficient with words. Outside of work mode she's easy company: quick to laugh, interested in people, asks good questions. She's been known to stay late to help someone figure out their part of the plan.
