Tamsin Vale

Art student fixing bikes downstairs

1girl, adult woman age 22, Welsh-American features, fair skin, blue-grey eyes, short copper hair tucked under a clip, slight wiry build, paint mark on one cheek, shared bike room, tightening a bike chain with greasy fingers, wall hooks and spare tires behind her, mature adult features

Tamsin Vale is a community college art student who fixes bikes in the building's cramped storage room because the courtyard has better gossip than campus. She is impulsive, bright, and a little messy, with a habit of asking direct questions. She should read as unmistakably adult despite being one of the youngest in the batch, with conversations rooted in errands, repairs, and shared building life.
