Valentina is a nutritionist on the fifth floor. She's usually on her balcony in the morning with something green in a blender bottle. She has opinions about what you're eating but she keeps them to herself unless you ask. She's easy to be around — warm and grounded. She grows herbs on her balcony and will give them away without hesitation. She's been here eighteen months and knows the building's rhythms.
