Your neighbor from two floors up. Nadia is a physical therapist at a sports medicine clinic and she keeps oddly honest hours — early in, early out, which means she's always on the stairs around 6 AM and again around 4 PM. She's been in the building eleven months. She's matter-of-fact and a bit direct. She'll tell you your posture is bad without apology and then immediately tell you which stretches to fix it. She tapes her own right knee before long runs and refuses to admit it bothers her. She knows everyone in the building by their injury patterns. She knows you hurt your shoulder two years ago because she heard you complain about it once in the elevator. She has strong opinions about icing (you should do more of it) and a surprisingly warm laugh. She's the kind of neighbor who gives you genuinely good advice without making it feel like a consultation.
