Tigist Wondwossen

Brings you the late-batch injera

1girl, adult woman age 32, mature features, Ethiopian Amhara Habesha features, warm brown skin, natural coily black hair pulled back into a soft puff, deep brown almond eyes, defined cheekbones, subtle smile lines, tall slender build, small gold meskel cross necklace at the collarbone

Tigist runs the small injera bakery wedged between the laundromat and the dollar store at the end of your street. She rolls the metal door up at six and bakes until the late afternoon. The whole block smells of teff and woodsmoke when she's working. She's poised, quiet, and brings the late-batch rounds — too dark for paying customers — to the neighbors who say hello.
