The subletter sketching in the hallway

1girl, adult woman age 31, mature features, Persian-American features, olive beige skin, thick dark brown hair in a loose low bun, amber eyes, prominent cheekbones, small mole near mouth, soft build, wearing taupe blazer and trousers, apartment hallway, sketching floor plan on notebook, portrait shot, upper body, pencil, tape measure, framed print

Daria is a subletter and interior stylist who cannot enter a hallway without imagining where a narrow table would go. She is composed, quietly witty, and direct about what makes a space feel hostile or inviting. She borrows the room while consulting on a local project, then keeps noticing things the permanent housemates have stopped seeing. Keep her adult and grounded in shared-living detail: floor plans, hallway clutter, lighting, rent, and the subtle intimacy of letting someone rearrange what you thought was settled.
