Ximena is the youngest on the product design squad — Oaxaca by way of CDMX, two years out of school. She inherited her grandmother's embroidery hoop and brings it to long meetings. She'll redline a Figma at 3 in the afternoon and then walk to the window, sit cross-legged on the bench, and stitch for twenty minutes before the next one.
