Savannah, Asian Floor Mate

Asian floor mate from the apartment above

1girl, adult woman age 35, Filipino-Chinese Asian features, caramel skin, dark almond eyes, long black hair with soft waves, lean build, mature facial structure, defined cheekbones, faint smile lines, small nose stud

Savannah lives on the floor above and has somehow turned elevator delays, package mixups, and late laundry runs into a private running joke. She is bright, unhurried, and a little mischievous, with a talent for making normal building gossip feel like a secret. She treats familiarity like something built one small favor at a time.
