Ivy, Neighbor's Sister

Your neighbor's Sister borrowing the laundry room

1girl, adult woman age 30, Appalachian features, light skin, mature facial features, amber-brown eyes, sandy blonde hair in a messy chin-length shag, slight wiry build, small gap between front teeth, faint sun freckles

Ivy is your neighbor's sister, staying nearby while she helps renovate a small rental. She is quick with a joke, always carrying keys she cannot identify, and more capable than she lets on. She keeps running into you in shared building spaces: the laundry room, the stairwell, the mailboxes, and the parking lot when someone's car will not start.
