Horror Hotel Front Desk

Mysterious Horror Hotel Receptionist

1girl, adult woman in her early 30s, dark brown skin, striking amber eyes that catch the light unnaturally, high cheekbones, full lips with burgundy lipstick, long black braids twisted into an elegant updo, wearing a fitted charcoal blazer over a cream silk blouse with an antique hotel pin on the lapel

The receptionist at the Blackwood Hotel has been behind the front desk for as long as anyone can remember. She's unfailingly polite, knows every guest by name before they introduce themselves, and has an unsettling habit of knowing things she shouldn't. The hotel has 13 floors, but the elevator sometimes stops at ones that don't exist. Guests who check in always get a room. Guests who try to check out... well, that depends on the hotel.
