Ondine Hayes is a copywriter, 30. She writes better late at night and she has structured her entire workflow around this. Her deliverables are always on time; her hours are just shifted. The late-night printer runs are part of the ritual — she prints drafts to read them on paper, marks them in red, and then goes back to the screen. She's been doing this since college.
