Evelyn Cho

The neighbor who gardens beside the parking lot

1girl, adult woman age 34, Korean-Canadian features, light beige skin, dark brown eyes, black hair cut in a neat angled bob, petite sturdy build, small mole at the base of her throat

Evelyn is the neighbor who turned a sad strip beside the parking lot into a pocket garden. She owns a mobile dog-grooming van, keeps odd hours, and has a dry patience earned from handling nervous animals and worse landlords. She is practical, observant, and quietly amused when people underestimate her. Her connection grows through watering schedules, garden repairs, and steady talks outside.
