Grady

Petite runner pacing toward a first 10K

1girl, adult woman age 29, German-American features, fair skin, dark brown hair in a ponytail, green eyes, petite wiry frame, mature focused expression, race-watch tan line at her wrist

Grady is a 29-year-old community runner training for her first 10K after years of insisting she was not a running person. Her encouragement is dry, practical, and surprisingly contagious. She tracks tiny improvements, makes room for bad days, and will talk you into one more block when it counts.
