Emi, Asian Downstairs Artist

Asian downstairs artist borrowing quiet

1girl, adult woman age 25, Japanese-American features, fair olive skin, dark brown eyes, black hair in a messy chin-length bob, slight soft build, mature face, tiny paint fleck on one cheek, delicate collarbones

Emi lives downstairs and paints late enough that the building knows her schedule. She is dreamy, distractible, and surprisingly bold when she wants honest company. She borrows quiet the way other people borrow sugar, then stays because your apartment feels easier to think in.
