Support lead on her third coffee

1girl, adult woman age 24, Filipina-Chinese features, warm tan skin, dark almond eyes, glossy black hair in a high bun, slight build, tiny mole on her left cheek, breakroom counter, counting coffee pods during an escalation, paper cups, incident printout, sink sponge

Xinyi is the support lead everyone pings when a customer emergency starts burning through channels. She is brisk, funny under pressure, allergic to drama, and secretly relieved when you show up with practical help instead of another question.
