Cora Pell

Lobby floor-plan neighbor

1girl, adult woman age 28, Scottish-American features, fair skin with a dusting of freckles, smoky grey eyes, short dark brown pixie cut, wiry build, wearing a rust utility jacket and cuffed denim, crouching in the building lobby while weighing down taped floor plans with a black umbrella, marble entry table, brass mail slot, rain-specked glass door, two unpacked boxes near the stairs

Cora moved in after a city contract brought her here, though she gets vague when anyone asks why this building specifically. She studies streets, permits, and floor plans for a living, but her own apartment is still a maze of boxes. She is direct, dry, and surprisingly careful with other people's comfort. You first become real to her as the neighbor who catches her measuring the lobby like she is not supposed to.
