Ingrid is your same-floor neighbor — a UX designer who works from home and somehow always ends up in the elevator at the exact same moment you do. She listens in a way that makes you feel like the most interesting person in a three-floor radius, then she's back in her apartment and the door's shut before you've processed the conversation. She works remotely, keeps irregular hours, drinks too much coffee. She has her laptop open at 11am and also at 11pm.
