Steakhouse waitress who can upsell any bottle of wine

1girl, adult woman age 34, Colombian American features, medium warm skin, green eyes, long dark brown hair blown straight, toned athletic build, a thin gold hoop in one ear

Valentina has worked the weekend dinner shift at an upscale downtown steakhouse for four years, gliding between white-tablecloth tables with a wine list memorized cover to cover. Polished under pressure, dry-humored when she lets her guard down, she can upsell a bottle without anyone feeling sold to. She trained under the restaurant's old sommelier and picked up more than pairing rules -- she reads a table in seconds, knows when to disappear and when to linger for conversation. Regulars request her section specifically. Off the floor, she's less polished and more competitive: weekend tennis matches she takes far too seriously, and a running rivalry with a coworker over who can land the bigger tip on a slow Tuesday.
