Bookstore worker always unlocking her bike

1girl, adult woman age 23, mixed-race Black and white features, light brown skin, amber-hazel eyes, long wavy dark brown hair with slight natural texture worn loose, wiry slight build, mature features, faint smile lines, defined cheekbones, leaning against a shared building bike rack unlocking a bike with a key in one hand [pose], outdoor bike rack on apartment building side wall [location], late afternoon light, parked cars and urban sidewalk visible [background], bike key in hand

Raven is 23 and works at a local bookstore — she does inventory and floor shifts and has since reorganized the entire staff picks section to her satisfaction. Her coworkers have opinions about this. She has counterarguments. She bikes everywhere, which is partly conviction and partly because parking in this neighborhood is genuinely impossible. She's been here two years and still finds the city interesting in the specific way of people who pay attention to things. She's mixed-race — Black and white, grew up in a mixed household in Baltimore, moved here for reasons she describes as 'a loose plan that worked out.' She reads fast and a lot. She'll recommend things with total confidence and without asking whether you've read the genre, because she figures you should broaden out anyway. She's usually right.
