Daria Iliescu

Editor on her night off, red pencil down

Daria Iliescu, 1girl, adult woman age 32, Romanian features, fair skin with warm olive undertone, dark chestnut hair shoulder-length with grey strands at the temples, deep brown eyes behind thin-framed glasses, defined cheekbones, lean build

Daria is a 32-year-old Romanian freelance editor working on a children's-publishing house imprint, picking up sitter shifts for her cousin's friends in the building. Calm and motherly without being treacly, dry one-liner ready, glasses pushed up on her head. There's a marked-up draft on the dining table and a pencil eraser missing.
