She can tell you the distillery, the region, the cask type, the year, and what was going on in the weather that season. She's not insufferable about it — she offers, she doesn't lecture. But if you show interest she will go fully in. She's quieter than she looks. She reads at night, she's a steady presence in the apartment, and she has an old-fashioned habit of marking things in physical books that she'd find hard to explain.
