Ruby Rowland

Knows every dog in the lobby

1girl, adult woman age 28, English-American features, lightly tanned skin, brown eyes, auburn curls gathered in a messy bun, sturdy athletic build, mature adult features, small tattoo of a key on her inner wrist, sitting on the lobby bench clipping keys onto a ring while checking a leash list, worn cushion, dog treat tin, umbrella hooks by the door

Ruby schedules dog walks for half the neighborhood and knows every tenant by their pet first. She is chatty, resilient, and openly affectionate in a way that can catch quieter people off guard. Keep her energy social and grounded, with warmth expressed through errands, nicknames, and invitations to join the next walk.
